BouquetMats Without Secrets – Everything You Should Know Before You Invest
BouquetMats are gaining popularity across Poland and Europe, becoming a modern complement to traditional flower shops or a completely independent business model. If you’re wondering whether this solution is right for you, this article will help you make a decision. We’ve gathered the most frequently asked questions along with clear, practical answers – based on real-world experience, not theory.
How does a BouquetMat work from the customer’s perspective?
It’s an intuitive and fast solution. The customer sees the bouquets through the glass, chooses the one they like, pays by card or phone, and collects a ready-made bouquet – no queues, no need for staff interaction. The machine operates 24/7.
Do flowers in the machine stay fresh for a long time?
Yes. The interior of the BouquetMat is cooled, ventilated, and maintains proper humidity. Thanks to this, conditions are often better than in many flower shops. Additionally, flower stems are kept in water with flower food, which extends the longevity of the bouquets.
What if someone doesn’t fully close the locker door?
No problem – BouquetMats are double-secured. Even if the inner locker is left slightly open, the outer door automatically closes thanks to magnets and a spring mechanism. This helps maintain the internal climate of the machine.
Is it possible to set different temperatures in different columns?
Yes. In our models, it’s possible to create climate zones. This allows you to store, for example, potted plants, exotic bouquets, and classic cut flowers – each type in conditions suitable for them.
What happens in winter or summer – how are bouquets transported?
Customers are informed about temperature conditions via special stickers (e.g. “Warning: frost” or “Warning: high temperature”). Additionally, BouquetMats are usually placed close to parking areas, allowing customers to quickly move the bouquet to their car. In winter, people don’t walk around with flowers; in summer, they don’t leave them in the sun – these are rules customers naturally understand.
Are customers hesitant about buying flowers from a machine?
Not anymore. At the beginning there were concerns – today we see that BouquetMats sell extremely well, often better than stationary points of sale. Customers value convenience, anonymity, and 24/7 availability. And the bouquets are genuinely long-lasting.
Are bouquets from a BouquetMat more expensive than in a flower shop?
No. Prices are the same, and often even lower, because sales through a machine reduce service costs. The customer pays for the value of the bouquet – not for additional staff.
How do you choose the right BouquetMat model?
We offer 8 models – from basic to advanced. The choice depends on your strategy. If you plan to install just one machine next to your flower shop, a basic model may be sufficient. If you want to develop a network, integrate with e-commerce and online reservations, choose a model with an open interface and expansion options.
How do you choose the right size of the machine (number of lockers)?
The rule is simple: the greater the distance from the flower shop and the higher the location’s potential, the larger the BouquetMat should be. More lockers mean a wider selection, higher revenue, and less frequent restocking trips.
Can I expand the machine in the future?
Yes. BouquetMats are modular – you can start with a smaller version and later add more columns. It’s a scalable solution that grows together with your business.
What are the operating costs and energy consumption?
The machines are energy-efficient – among other things thanks to double doors that work like a thermal flask. Exact consumption depends on the model, but when designing our machines we made sure they are adapted to the reality of rising energy prices.
What does service and technical support look like?
The warranty covers everything: technician travel, spare parts, and labor. Additionally, we operate in Poland – with our own factory and parts available immediately. You don’t wait weeks, as is often the case with imports.
Does the manufacturer have experience?
Yes – and very concrete experience. Over 1,000 BouquetMats are already operating in Poland and Europe. We are not newcomers. We have proven installation, technical, and marketing teams. And our machines are manufactured in Poland, which translates into quality, reliability, and fast access to parts.
Finally – what determines the success of sales from a BouquetMat?
Location. Beautiful, well-displayed bouquets. Regular restocking. A strong brand in the eyes of local customers. And engagement – if a BouquetMat sells something on Sunday at noon, it’s worth restocking it the same day, not waiting until it’s completely empty.
