BouquetMats that will amaze you

Although many of the functionalities of our BouquetMats are already well known and appreciated by polish customers, there is still a whole range of innovative features that few know about. Over the last three years of intensive progress, we have created more than 60 different add-ons that not only enhance the user experience, but also highlight the technological and aesthetic advancement of our machines. Each of these features is the result of a dedicated team of enthusiasts, financial investments and huge level of commitment to creating a product that is second to none. This article is a guide to what makes our BouquetMats unique – including what you may not know yet.

PREMIUM composite canopy

Made of steel and composite to protect the client from the weather, it also partially shields them from the sun.

PREMIUM canopies – black tempered glass (paid extra)

Made of steel filled with 8mm thick tempered glass. The black tinted glass creates a black mirror effect reflecting the cabinets with bouquets.

STANDARD graphic personalisation

STANDARD graphic personalisation includes the creation of a project based on one of 26 design templates. Your logo, contact details, social media addresses and QR codes are applied to the template. In addition, we prepare a 3D visualisation of the finished project. Personalisation STANDARD also includes a specialised impact-resistant foil, UV printing (colours do not fade in sunlight over the years), special vulcanised Anti-Graffiti coating (protects against damage to the print by spray paint), hot-stamping service and filling of all construction joints.

PREMIUM graphic personalisation (paid extra)

PREMIUM graphic personalisation includes all of the STANDARD personalisation features, with the exception of the design being fully unique and made from scratch just for you according to your guidelines.

Custom BouquetMat colour (paid extra)

The standard exterior colour of BouquetMat is Luxury Black, but the BouquetMat is coloured with the graphic design that is printed on its veneer. As standard, apart from the veneer, painted elements that remain visible are the canopy, masking panels covering the power generators, plinths and the back of the BouquetMat. In the case of a custom colour, the entire BouquetMat is painted (including the canopy, masking panels covering the power generators, plinths and back) in any RAL palette colour chosen by the customer.

Custom boxes colour (paid extra)

The standard colours of the boxes are Luxury Black and Ice White. If you choose this option, the boxes are painted in any RAL palette colour of your choice.

Wood imitation boxes (paid extra)

Instead of a solid colour in the boxes, you can choose an imitation wood effect of any tyoes of wood and in any shade.

Custom logo in boxes (paid extra)

By default, a tulip pattern is cut into the back of each box to serve as one of the ventilation flow points. You can replace the tulip pattern with any graphic design such as a logo or your own emblem.

Logo or emblem cut in the back of box just as the above option, but the design is additionally illuminated.

Interface personalization (paid extra)

On the start page of BouquetMats touchscreen interface your logo in a large size is placed on top, buttons underneath it, with your chosen graphic personalisation design set as background. This logo also accompanies each subsequent sub-page in a reduced size version in the top right corner of the screen.

Customised placement of the control panel (paid extra)

By default, the control panel is located on the right side of the BouquetMat (viewed from the front). If this option is selected, the control panel can be placed anywhere, e.g. on the left side or in the middle of the BouquetMat between the modules with cabinets. The control panel is the vertical part of the BouquetMat where all the electronics, payment terminal and touch screen are located.

Vestibules (paid extra)

Glass ‘wing’ elements placed on the sides of the BouquetMat to protect the user from wind and driving rain during the bouquet purchase. Vestibules are made of black tinted 30% thick tempered glass. They are available both clean and decorated with white printed designs. Printed designs guarantee excellent visibility. This addition enhances the BouquetMat’s very image and emphasises its premium status.

Front light box

The main advertisement placed on the BouquetMat’s canopy from its front side. It is a light box with an illuminated design and/or logo of your flower shop. The most commonly used illuminated design is the inscription ‘BouquetMat 24H’, however, many customers opt for their own personalised design/graphic inscription with which they associate themselves and their business.

Additional circular light box on the front light box on which usually the flower shop’s logo is placed. This light box may take any shape and be placed anywhere, but is always attached to the front light box.

Additional top light boxes 180° (front + back) (paid extra)

An additional light box (same as the main front light box) placed on the canopy at the back of the BouquetMat. This is an illuminated advertisement visible from the back of the BouquetMat. The design may be different from that of the main front light box, but usually customers choose the same design for visual integrity.

Additional top light boxes 270° (front + side + side) (paid extra)

Additional light boxes placed at the top of the canopy on its left and right sides. These are illuminated advertisements which continue ‘on the sides’ of the main front light box. Typically used where it is important for the sides of the BouquetMat to be clearly visible from afar.

Additional top light boxes 360° (front + side + side + back) (paid extra)

Light boxes placed on the canopy around the BouquetMat. This is a continuation of the main front light box on all sides of the machine. Used for BouquetMats that are not installed against a wall and the customer wants the machine to be perfectly visible from all sides.

Side light boxes (just left side, just right side or both sides) (paid extra)

A very striking side light box that is an excellent advertising surface. It is made in the form of an additional panel with subtly rounded edges, which blends in with the whole BouquetMat. This adds extra prestige to the whole machine. It is chosen by customers who are especially keen to increase the visibility of the BouquetMat from its side or sides and can be an alternative to the 270° and 360° top light boxes, although you can combine these options as well.

LED side lightning (left, right or both sides) (paid extra)

Special additional LED lighting hidden under the canopy, illuminating the design on the sides of the BouquetMat. This option cannot be combined with additional top light boxes 270° and 360°.

3D BOX Light – LED 3D Effect (paid extra)

Additional light sources placed in front of and around the cabinets. A depth-of-light effect is then created inside the boxes, the so-called ‘3D mirror’ effect. This effect emphasises the high quality and value of the bouquets. 3D BOX Light can only be used when the boxes are in painted in Luxury Black or Royal Graphite colour options.

Personalisation of the machine’s back (paid extra)

Additional illuminated (by a LED panel on top of the back) advertising covering the entire surface of the back of the BouquetMat. Usually chosen by customers when the BouquetMat is installed as a free-standing unit and the back of the BouquetMat is clearly visible.

Machine’s back with custom colour (paid extra)

If the back of the BouquetMat is visible and the above option of personalisation of the machine’s back is not selected, then by default the back of the BouquetMat is always in Luxury Black. If the colour of the back should be different, e.g. in the colour of the BouquetMat’s exterior, then this option of machine’s back with custom colour should be selected. Please note that the back will then be painted in that single colour. If you want to include a personalised print on the back, then you must also select the personalisation of the machine’s back option listed above.

Glass back – bouquets visible on both sides (paid extra)

This option ensures visibility of the bouquets from both front and back of the BouquetMat. When selecting this option, we recommend that the BouquetMat is placed in a shaded area to maintain the optimum hibernation temperature of the flowers.

Door frames in custom colour (paid extra)

Standardly, door frames are black. With this choice, you can decide on any color of the frames, e.g., in the color of the machine’s graphic design.

Stylised door design (paid extra)

This option provides the opportunity to place additional graphic elements on the large panes of BouquetMat doors. This allows you to change appearance of the doors.

CITY SERIES design (Londoner, Berliner, Lisbone, and others) (paid extra)

It provides a complete redesign of the BouquetMat to match the architectural environment of, for example, a particular city or to match the client’s favourite style. In addition to the developed ready-made styles: Parisien, Londoner, Berliner, Mardileno, Prazsky, Lisboeta or Warsaw we are ready to develop a new style made from scratch just for you.

SUN PROTECT package (only in case of direct sunlight exposure)

Special additional invisible UV filters installed in the windows of the BouquetMat. Their task is to reduce the passage of UV rays with wavelengths from 10nm to 400nm by up to 50%, as these waves can be harmful to cut and living flowers. Thanks to this technology the BouquetMat can be placed in a location with direct sunlight exposure on the machine’s panes, and SUN PROTECT will shield the flowers from the harmful effects of UV rays.

CCTV GEN.2 (DVR + 2 x FHD IP camera + online)

CCTV (video surveillance) with additional recording protection, online live and history viewing from anywhere in the world. The recordings are protected by being stored in the hard disk recorder ‘under lock and key’ and the memory not being directly in the camera. It is also possible to save recordings to a data cloud. Two high resolution Full HD cameras protect each other, which increases the security of the system itself. This system also includes intelligent recording of the events themselves as well as distinguishing between people, cars and animals. The surveillance system is an important option for drastically reducing the risk of burglaries and damage to the device by third parties.

CCTV GEN.2 (DVR + 1 x FHD IP camera + online)

Identical system as described above, but with just one camera.

We recommend that you consider system with two cameras as the price difference is not too large.

F360 system – rotating shelf (paid extra)

Rotating plate in selected box/boxes. The plate rotates the bouquet which can attract the attention of passers-by. The speed of shelf rotation is adjustable.

VISIBILITY PRO system – KM.3 top shelves for better bouquet display (paid extra)

Special shelves design that tilts the bouquets at an angle to better display the flower crown. It is dedicated to accomodate so-called ‘flower reservoirs’ with water. This solution is mainly recommended for upper cabinets, but its suitability will also depend on the style of bouquet arrangement. This system also allows the adjustment of the tilt angle. If you do not opt for this option, each shelf has a standard holder for ‘potted vases’, which can also be placed on the shelves, but at a fixed angle.

FRAMELESS VISION system – frameless glass doors

A system of internal frameless glass doors that increases up to 100% visibility of the inside of the boxes. They further demonstrate the PREMIUM solutions in the machine itself, which ultimately translates into building trust in the very bouquets being offered at BouquetMat.

BOXCO system – shelf connecting system (paid extra)

One of many solutions protected by the Patent Office that allows the height of the boxes to be increased anytime during use. No specialist service is needed to modify the height of the boxes – the operation itself is carried out by the BouquetMat owner and takes about 30 seconds. This option involves joining cabinets together vertically increasing their size and is useful in a situation when we need to insert a larger bouquet into the box.

Electricity sub-meter

Certified electricity sub-meter installed in the machine. This option is usually chosen by customers in situations where the landlord will charge for electricity consumption based on the readings from the sub-meter. Alternatively, you may choose to agree with your landlord on a flat-rate billing arrangement, in which case an electricity sub-meter is not necessary.

Single rose dispenser (paid extra)

Another patent-protected innovation in BouquetMat is the possibility of selling separate single flowers. The dispenser occupies one box (77 cm high box models) and has a storage space for 10 single flowers e.g. roses. This is a great solution if we want to enrich the offer with cheaper products e.g. for young people with smaller budgets.

TWO SHIFTS TECHNOLOGY awning (paid extra)

Specially designed BouquetMat shade awning. Used to give the customer buying flowers an impression of ‘bouquets standing in the shade’ which builds greater trust in the product. Recommended only in case of direct sunlight exposure. It is a special year-round design that does not need to be taken down or folded for the winter. It is designed to withstand the strongest gusts of wind or lingering snow. Please note that it cannot be used over a cycle or scooter path due to its height. An awning can additionally reduce power consumption, but is not required for the BouquetMat to work properly in a place with direct sunlight exposure. Without an awning, even in the strongest sunlight, the BouquetMat will always maintain the set temperature.

Microbiological safety system

In addition to the effective anti-fungal ventilation system used by default in every BouquetMat, the machine can also be equipped with DAS System technology. This is our original invention, which prevents the formation of mould on the flowers, destroys any bacteria and prevents the transmission of diseases between flowers. As a result, constant microbiological purity is ensured inside the machine (including microbiology, VOCs). Effectiveness is scientifically proven: studies, including independent ones, confirm the high efficiency: elimination of up to 99.99% of pathogens from air and surfaces. It actively reduces ethylene gas (a major factor in flower ageing), replicating natural, ecological purification processes.

Additional advertising monitor FHD evolution (paid extra)

This solution is used to permanently display advertising messages to customers (including films and presentations). It allows you to tell the customer a story directly on the BouquetMat. This is a good way of educating the customer or showing them ‘kraft and passionate way’ the BouquetMat bouquets are prepared in. On the technical side, it is an additional 11-inch monitor placed in a special enclosure above the touchscreen for the BouquetMat. It is resistant to all weather conditions and can operate all year round at temperatures of -25 +40 degrees C. It has a built-in player for files in the most widely used formats.

Cash payment system (paid extra)

It enables payment in BouquetMat with cash. The machine then accepts banknotes and dispenses change in coins. When considering this option, it is important to bear in mind that this is an outdoor machine (there is money in it) so it will be vulnerable to burglary attempts. In addition, the vending machine needs to be replenished with coins for giving change.

GUARD CONNECT function

Our next original system, which involves remote monitoring of the BouquetMat’s correct operation by our technical department. Thanks to a permanent Internet connection, our specialists monitor the correctness of the machine’s operation on an ongoing basis between 7:00 and 21:00. We are then the first to react and the BouquetMat 24 EA application informs you of any difficulties encountered (e.g. problems with the terminal, temperature, internet, power supply). Thus, you can rest easy and focus on your own creative activities.

Bouquet reservation system

A well-known and well-liked innovation introduced by us from the very first BouquetMat which involves booking bouquets for a specific customer. The customer orders a specified bouquet in your BouquetMat, you place it in the BouquetMat, send the customer a collection code and the customer picks it up at a convenient time, just like in a parcel machine. If the customer has already paid for the order, all they have to do is enter the collection code and the machine will give it to them immediately. If, on the other hand, the order has not been paid for in advance, BouquetMat first asks the customer to pay for the order at the payment terminal and only then issues the bouquet.

Countdown timer of bouquets in boxes

Also one of the first innovations we have introduced, which includes the possibility of monitoring how many hours a given bouquet has already been in the box. This data is presented on the BouquetMat’s display, where, after logging in, it can be seen by the machine’s operator and thanks to this they can take care of appropriate rotation of bouquets ensuring their freshness. In case of owning BouquetMat 24 EA application, this information is also visible in the application itself.

Language package

Our BouquetMats allow customers buying bouquets to operate the device in any language of their choice.

Automatic discount system

Another original system that allows bouquets to be automatically discounted after a set period of time. You can set individual times for specific bouquets.

Discount code system

A highly desirable system for organising various BouquetMat sales promos. You can set any number of discount codes (one-time, multiple-time, time-limited, unlimited). Any discount value can be set for any set discount code. Thanks to this tool, purchases in BouquetMat can be encouraged by giving away occasional discount codes, organising competitions or periodic promotions. Some clients use this tool as a partnership with a selected group of customers, e.g. employees of a shopping centre next to which they rent space for BouquetMat on preferential terms.

Payment terminal

A payment terminal is essential to the operation of BouquetMat. We have the widest range of payment operators on the market, so you do not have one imposed operator. It is important to be able to match the right operator according to your preferences. Once selected, a contract for cashless payment services has to be signed and the device itself (terminal) is installed and configured in our factory. As a result, you can start selling immediately after BouquetMat installation,. All terminals supported by us have support for BLIK, VISA, MASTERCARD, GooglePay, AndroidPay payments (all cashless forms available on the market).

Application iOS, Android STANDARD version – statuses, states, monitoring, alerts, statistics

The first in the market, an original, in-house developed app for monitoring and operating BouquetMat. Installed directly on a mobile phone (can be more than one) with iOS and Android systems. Thanks to this application, you have a very convenient, clear graphic overview of which bouquets have been sold, which boxes hold still available bouquets, and at what price. The app sends notifications for each sale in the form of push messages and emails. An additional built-in BouquetMat replenishment assistant tells us when to go to BouquetMat to fill it up with fresh bouquets. In addition to current data, the app also provides us with historical sales statistics and monitors the operational status of the machine itself, its technical condition.

Application iOS, Android ADVANCE version – statuses, states, monitoring, alerts, statistics + remote control (paid extra)

The above application, but in ADVANCE version. It additionally enables remote control of the BouquetMat: – remote change of prices, boxes statuses, assigning receipt codes, displaying photos of bouquets which are currently in BouquetMat. The application enables control of a larger number of BouquetMats and by a larger number of users. Additionally, with the GUARD CONNECT function selected, the application monitors the correct functioning of the terminal and the temperature in BouquetMat. The ADVANCE version is necessary to operate the e-commerce system, i.e. ‘BouquetMat’s own online shop’.

Status, state of the number of bouquets and sales notifications via SMS

Notifications sent by BouquetMat in the form of an SMS about each sale and the status of the number of bouquets in BouquetMat. This is an alternative option to the application but much less advanced.

Additional stabilizing feet (only in the case of unstable ground)

Special feet / skids mounted to the BouquetMat that are only used when it is not possible to permanently anchor the machine to the ground or a wall. This solution increases the surface area of the base so that the machine is stable even in the strongest gusts of wind. The assembly takes place in cases where the ground (substrate or wall – interchangeable) is not sufficiently suitable for mounting the BouquetMat.

ANTYSIC system

Weather protection system. BouquetMats are built in such a way and from such materials that they can withstand the harshest weather conditions. They can operate in any weather: winds, rains, storms, snowstorms, heat – in temperatures as low as -25 +45 °C. The design and technologies used not only allow the unit to function properly on its own, but also have excellent corrosion protection thanks to the use of stainless and alloy steels, aluminium and polymer powder coatings.

CARTAPIC system

System for integration with all available forms of payment. A specially designed IT system that allows integration with any payment operator. Thanks to our many years of experience on the market, we already have integration with every operator operating on the Polish market and most operators on foreign markets.

TOUCHLESS SIS system

A system to increase the potential for expansion of the customer communication system. We have already developed a number of IT solutions to increase the convenience, ergonomics and sales potential of bouquets. We offer the possibility of implementing specific solutions at any time, even in equipment already in operation. If the customer decides to purchase a particular solution, our IT department will update the device remotely. These may include, for example, a discount code system, a price promotion system, a system for invoicing from the machine, a ‘Leave a message’ customer communication system and much more. Our team is constantly developing new functionalities and the range is growing every month in response to current trends and market needs.

VERSATILE system

A system that provides the option of expanding the machine’s functionalities. As with the TOUCHLESS SIS System, the VERSATILE System responds to the guarantee of being able to upgrade previously purchased machines with the latest innovations that are constantly appearing in our catalogue. In addition to the classic expansions with more boxes, we can always add e.g. rotating shelves, single rose dispensers, additional light boxes and much more. Thanks to this technology, you can always have the latest innovations in your machine and the BouquetMat itself in its latest version.

SECSAFE system

A system that ensures complete safety of use. Technology that is responsible for the safe use of the machines and provides a positive experience and association with the use itself. We can guarantee this with the appropriate design, systems and years of experience with the ‘Customer Experience’. Our policy assures continuous research and the solutions win numerous certifications. All R&D and production processes take place in audited processes ‘Standard for Quality Management Systems’ ISO 9001:2015 cert no. 01 100 1542080 with ‘DAkkS’ accreditation.

BASSE CON system

A system that provides friendly conditions for bouquets and extends their shelf life. Our BouquetMat has been designed from the ground up as a machine for storing and selling flowers. Three key tasks that the BouquetMat must fulfil were most important to us during the creation of the design. 1. Ability to preserve and maintain the hibernation temperature of flowers in any weather conditions. 2. Maintaining very high air humidity in the cabinets at a level of 70% which is particularly important for sustaining the quality of cut flowers. 3. Providing very effective ventilation preventing the formation of mould and fungi. All the above-mentioned BouquetMat duties are constantly, ruthlessly and uncompromisingly carried out ‘which we consider to be the essence of everything’.

VELO system

A system that provides an expansion, scaling of the machine at any time. We offer as many as 8 expansion modules and as many as 9 box sizes. Thanks to this wide selection, we can carry out almost any expansion configuration. If you wish to enlarge the BouquetMat at any time, this will be done without interruption to its operation and our technicians will carry out the extension on site. In addition to being able to enlarge, divide, change the configuration, size of boxes, you can also change colours, layouts of boxes, modules as well as install any new functions on the machine already in operation.

ANTIFOG system VI

A sixth-generation system that eliminates the effect of glass evaporation. One of the tasks of the BouquetMat is to maintain high humidity in the cabinets. A natural consequence of this is the evaporation of panes (condensation with temperature differences), which appeared as a side effect in our first series of machines. The success of our strenuous work was to maintain the high humidity and completely eliminate glass evaporation. The ANTIFOG gen.6 system has completely solved this problem! Today, we give a 100% GUARANTEE that the evaporation phenomenon will never occur and we are so sure of this that we can ensure that the appliance can be returned should the phenomenon occur even once.

OPENFix system

A system that allows for emergency mode sales. In the event of problems opening the cabinet as a result of it being dislodged or damaged by a third party, the system gives a special emergency signal to the lock. In this way, the customer will always open the cabinet with a little help (by pulling the cabinet handle) after purchase.

Lumina BOX system

Adjusting the lighting colour to the flowers currently in the box. This is a solution where you can change the colour of the light in individual boxes at any time (with a single switch) to suit the type of flower. You can switch between neutral and warm colours.

ECS system

Optimised design for easy and quick cleaning. BouquetMat is designed to be easy, pleasant and quick to clean. It is a whole system of solutions including space and surface planning, coatings and the elimination of nooks and crannies. This optimises cleaning time and saves unnecessary effort. Any new additions to the BouquetMat which become available as add-ons are also always designed in accordance with our original ECS System.

DIVISION energy system

Optimisation of power consumption (low consumption with high efficiency). This is a technology that enables the cooling and heating systems to serve the smallest possible spaces, with each space being served by independent systems. This is why, for example, the BouquetMat K6 has two cooling units and heating systems, and the BouquetMat K9 has as many as three pairs of the aforementioned systems. This allows the temperature to be maintained very efficiently, and thanks to their high efficiency, these systems run for much shorter periods, which translates into lower energy consumption and a longer service life.

FIX COOLING system

Safeguarding the flowers against failure of the refrigeration units throughout the BouquetMat. Each BouquetMat is divided into at least several thermally isolated climate zones (except K6 ONE, K7 ONE and K8 ONE). Each zone has its own independent cooling and heating system which is an effective safeguard against damage to the entire contents of the BouquetMatin the event of a cooling or heating failure. Only the bouquets from the one zone where the failure occurred can be damaged, while the rest of the BouquetMat will continue to operate normally and sales can continue. In addition, if you use one of our ‘GUARD SYSTEM functions’, our cloud-based system will immediately notify you of temperature deviations in the cabinets via the app. Thanks to this solution, you are always in control of what is happening in the BouquetMat and there will always be time to protect your bouquets in case of an emergency.

ANTI-AGING LED system

Original lighting system to prevent light discolouration. Ensures the same light temperature over the years.

EMVA system

Backward compatibility. In the PRO, ONE and PRO Hybrid series, we have made a pledge to make every BouquetMat, every new feature or any add-on, backward-compatible. In practice, this means that the new features and innovations introduced will always be able to be installed even in the oldest devices. In this way, it will be possible to enhance and bring every BouquetMat to the latest version without having to replace it.

SWAP EA Technology

This is a special approach to designing the entire machine for subsequent servicing. What is important is that any service or repair, even a mechanical one, takes place at your site without the need to dismantle the BouquetMat. Additionally during servicing no parts are fixed but instead they are replaced with new ones. All electrical and electronic parts are compatible with the ‘Plug & Play’ system.
